A: Our regular MOQ is 2000pcs.We can also accept 200-500pcs as a business start.

Q: What about the Sample Policy?
A: Factory Excising sample:Sample fee is free as long as you afford the sending freight.

Customized sample:Sample fee will be charged,can be returned after placing order.
Just send me your box and logo design,then we produce for you,if you don't have design,our skilled designer will make it for you for free .

Q: How long is the sample Lead Time?
A: Factory existing sample: Within 2-3 days.
Customized sample:Within 5-7 days.

Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: Less than 50,000pcs,15-35 days.
More than 50,000pcs,negotiable.

Q: Where is the FOB Port?
A:Regularly our FOB Port is Ningbo or Shanghai.Of course,you can also appoint any China Port as you like.

Q: What is the Payment Term?
A:For TT,our regular payment term is 30% Deposit,Balance against copy of shipping documents.
For LC,we only accept Irrevocable At Sight One.
